With the spring semester well under way, the Conference & Event Services Office and Events Approval Committee (EAC) has been working diligently to ensure an active semester for our students, faculty and staff members.
As we continue to work through the semester, we are seeing that some services are still limited due to the restricted number of staff and budget dollars many service providing departments have. With that being said, it has been decided that the EAC will continue to work with the staff, faculty and students on campus as the deciding body for all events on campus, but event requests will no longer need to be submitted and approved through this committee. Instead, please find the link to 25Live Pro to submit a room request, which needs to be done, at a minimum, three weeks prior to your event. Additionally, by submitting a request, it is understood that the event and space are not confirmed until an official confirmation e-mail is received. Once the room request is received, you may begin planning your event with a qualified event planner in the Conference & Event Services office.
