May is Mental Health Awareness Month

Stop and Breathe week is almost here!

The JED Campus Initiative is excited to bring back Stop and Breathe Week. We will be highlighting programs from all over campus, the week of April 30th through May 6th. 

There will be many exciting programs that will allow the campus take a moment to slow down and de-stress.

We have an exciting line up of programs and the list just keeps growing! There will be music, dancing, laughs, crafts, meditation, yoga, a new sensory space, A LLAMA, art, fun, and much more! 

Stay tuned as we get ready to share the schedule of exciting events or stop by our table in Campus Center, during Stop and Breathe Week, to see what's going on!

Stop and Breathe Week will wrap up with a day of fun in the sun, during IC Kicks Back on May 6th. Let's celebrate, together!
