Annual Performance Review Process

It is time to begin the annual Performance Review process! The IC Performance Review process provides an opportunity for staff and supervisors to step back from day-to-day activities to reflect on accomplishments of the previous year. This is also a time to realize career opportunities and to set clear goals and expectations for future success. Overall, the Performance Review Process encourages a method for us to celebrate career performance and identify ways to further enhance our professional development.  

We are pleased to announce that the online FY 2021-2022 Performance Review Process will open on Monday, April 18, 2022, with a deadline for completion set for June 3, 2022. You can access the Performance Review Process through Finance and HR Cloud (from apps.ithaca.edu). 

Timeframe Guidelines:   

  • April 18, 2022 – April 29, 2022 - Self-Assessment Completion 
  • April 30, 2022 – May 20, 2022 - Supervisor Review Completion  
  • May 21, 2022 – June 3, 2022 - Review Meetings & Final Feedback
