The Applied Event Planning class in the School of Communication has partnered with Ithaca College’s Dining Services, Performance Food Group (the main food supplier for IC, Cornell and SUNY Cortland) and Pepsi to create a spring food show on the Academic Quad.
This event will start at approximately 3:00 pm and last until approximately 5:00 pm and will be centered on the Academic Quad close to the Campus Center. If there is severe weather the event will happen inside the Campus Center in various locations.
At present 17 regional and national vendors have committed to attend, and all offerings will be free to the campus community as long as supplies last.
If you have the time and opportunity please stop by the event to support these students for their work on this large and complicated project.
