The annual Performance Review process is in full swing! The IC Performance Review process provides an opportunity for staff and supervisors to step back from day-to-day activities to reflect on accomplishments of the previous year. This is also a time to realize career opportunities and to set clear goals and expectations for future success. Overall, the Performance Review Process encourages a method for us to celebrate career performance and identify ways to further enhance our professional development.
The online FY 2021-2022 Performance Review Process are open, with a deadline for completion set for June 3, 2022. You can access the Performance Review Process through Finance and HR Cloud (from apps.ithaca.edu).
Timeframe Guidelines:
- April 18, 2022 – April 29, 2022 - Self-Assessment Completion
- April 30, 2022 – May 20, 2022 - Supervisor Review Completion
- May 21, 2022 – June 3, 2022 - Review Meetings & Final Feedback
