Hello Student Organization leaders and advisors!
You might recall from Mary Holland-Bavis's messages last spring that on August 1 we will be cleaning out your organization rosters on IC Engage so that you can start with a clean slate. (This applies to orgs recognized by OSE only.) This is based on requests from students who might have joined an org years ago and never got cleared (so they may even be receiving messages as alumni now!)
If that is the only place where you have been storing your membership info, please be sure to EXPORT the roster (see attached image) by July 31so that you have a record and can invite members to join again for this academic year when re-recognition opens on August 1!
We will be sending out information regarding the re-recognition process when it opens on August 1, and it will be posted in Intercom, too (many, many times!). You can also get a sneak peek on our website.
On August 1, the sign-up form for the Student Organization Fair will open on the org fair tabling website. This takes place on the last day of New Student Orientation, Sunday August 21 from 7:00-9:00pm in the quad between Campus Center and Fitness Center. We highly encourage you to have a table at this event to recruit new members!
