Rave Guardian is an incredible personal safety and support, crisis, and emergency resource tool available to all Ithaca College community members! Rave Guardian is a centralized application that provides Ithaca College community members with a number of on-campus and off-campus support and crisis services and resources. Additionally, Rave Guardian features push notifications to provide emergency notifications (IC Alerts) to community members in the event of an emergency, critical incident, and changes to the institutional operation.
Rave Guardian also includes the ability to:
- Call Ithaca College Public Safety or your local 911 emergency services with just two clicks
- Call a variety of Ithaca College and external crisis lines and support services
- Access the websites of important campus resources such as Counseling and Psychological Services, Hammond Health Center, the Center for LGBT Education, Outreach & Services, and many more!
- Set a Guardian safety timer through which you can invite a friend or family member to serve as your “guardian” and virtually escort you to and/or from an on-campus or off-campus location
