Professor Anna Larsen and IC chemistry students Rain Talosig and Ben Morse, along with the collaborators from Texas A&M University, have co-authored a new publication: “Modes of Si-H Binding to Rh in Complexes of a Phosphine-Diarylamido-Silane (SiNP) Pincer Ligand". The article has recently appeared in Dalton Transactions – an international journal for high quality, original research in inorganic, organometallic and bioinorganic chemistry published by The British Royal Society of Chemistry.
Two current IC senior students, Tenjing Sherpa and Alexander Rono (Chemistry and Biochemistry ’23, respectively), are also featured in the acknowledgement section of the paper, for their contributions to the X-ray structure visualization section of the manuscript.
RainTalosig is currently a graduate student in Chemistry PhD program at the University of California – Irvine, while Benjamin Morse is a graduate student at Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine.
