There are thousands of scientists working across federal, state, and local government agencies, but what do they actually do day to day? We will discuss the role of science at the EPA: how environmental policies direct scientific work, and how scientists help shape policy decisions. We will explore the range of opportunities for someone with a science degree in government, and I’ll share my journey so far.
