Registration Information for Transfer Students

We hope that you are enjoying your first semester as a transfer student here at Ithaca College

Your first registration as an IC student is coming soon! Registration begins November 1st for spring 2023 and October 31st for winter 2023.

Your time ticket to register is based on EARNED CREDITS!  

  • Registration status/Time Ticket assignment is based on credits earned, in progress fall credits ARE NOT considered for the purposes of Time Ticket assignment.   

  • To check your credits earned; on your Student Profile page in HomerConnect, view Overall Hours.   

  • DegreeWorks includes the classes you are currently taking in credits applied, this is NOT what time ticketing is based on. 

Applied Transfer Credit: Check your Degree Evaluation at degreeworks.ithaca.edu. If your transfer credit is reflected on your Degree Evaluation, you are all set. If your transfer credit is not reflected, contact the institution where you took classes or the College Board and have an official transcript or official score report sent to us as soon as possible. We are accepting them electronically (preferred at this time) at registrar@ithaca.edu directly from the other institution only. If they are not able to send it electronically, they can mail it to the following address: Ithaca College, Office of the Registrar, 953 Danby Rd, Ithaca, NY  14850.
