Join the Women's Mentoring Network (WMN) as we host a conversation with Monalita Smiley, Project Director of the Community Justice Center. Monalita has 20 years of leadership experience serving the Tompkins County and Ithaca community through various roles including the Director of Youth Outreach at The Learning Web. She is also a volunteer board member for the Southside Community Center. Monalita will be sharing her experience with IC faculty and staff members and talking specifically about building community connections in a small town.
