Driver Approval Process

Online Driver Form for New Drivers and Renewals

The Office of Risk Management is happy to announce that the Driver Approval Process is now available online. This is to be used by staff, faculty, and students by logging in with Netpass.

As a reminder, staff and faculty licensed outside of NYS must resubmit an online Driver Information Form every two academic years.

All students must resubmit every twelve (12) months. Please Note:  The website for the required online UE student driver safety course will be down beginning at 9:00pm on 11/6/22 and is expected to be back up no later than 11/11/22 for a platform upgrade and maintenance.

Prospective employees or volunteers will need to continue to use the appropriate paper document by emailing riskmanagement@ithaca.edu.
