Assistant Professor Mitch McCabe, Department of Media Arts, Sciences, and Studies, was selected for a 2022 artist residency at Yaddo, and was awarded a Special Project Grant by the Princess Grace Foundation, USA, for their feature film project in-progress, Civil War Surveillance Poems. The first iteration of the project, Civil War Surveillance Poems- Part 1 also recently screened at The New School as well as Franklin and Marshall College's Gleaners Film Festival in September, which honored veteran filmmaker John Waters.
