As we near the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, Ithaca College will have some alterations to the typical services and resources available to individuals remaining on campus during the November Break. Please be aware that many areas will have more limited hours and/or will be closed during the upcoming week, Monday, November 21, through Sunday, November 27. Please keep reading for more information on the various campus support resources that will have altered availability.

Ithaca College Dining Services
Ithaca College Dining Services will have significant updates to its hours of operation beginning Friday, November 18, and extending through Sunday, November 27.
Friday, November 18
The Campus Center Dining Hall will close at 3:00 p.m. and will not be providing dinner service. All other dining halls and retail locations will maintain regular hours of operation.
Saturday, November 19 – Sunday, November 20
All dining halls and retail options on campus will be closed.
Monday, November 21 – Tuesday, November 22
There will be limited dining operations available only through the Ithaca Bakery retail location inside the Campus Center on Monday and Tuesday. Ithaca Bakery will be open for breakfast and lunch service between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. All other dining and retail locations on campus will remain closed.
Wednesday, November 23 – Sunday, November 27
All dining halls and retail options on campus will be closed.

Ithaca College Food Pantry
The Ithaca College Food Pantry will have an altered schedule for the week of November 21 – November 27. The Food Pantry will host its operating hours on Tuesday, November 22, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. Members of our community are encouraged to attend hours on Tuesday to stock up on needed goods for the week. The Food Pantry will be closed for the remainder of November Break and will not be open for its typical hours on Wednesday and Friday.

Fitness Center
The Ithaca College Fitness Center will close at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, November 18 and will remain closed for the entirety of November Break. Regular Fitness Center hours will resume on Monday, November 28.

Ithaca College Student Health Services will have augmented hours for November Break.
Saturday, November 19 – Sunday, November 20
The Health Center will be closed.
Monday, November 21 – Tuesday, November 22
The Health Center will be open 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. There will not be any availability for walk-in appointments. You may contact the Health Center to schedule and appointment at 607-274-3177. There will not be any clinical staff in the building during these days.
Wednesday, November 23 – Sunday, November 27
The Health Center will be closed.
Students experiencing a medical emergency or are need of urgent care during hours the Health Center is closed should refer to this webpage for more information.

COVID-19 Testing at Boothroyd Hall
COVID-19 testing at Boothroyd Hall will have the following changes to its hours of operation during November Break.
Saturday, November 19 – Tuesday, November, 22
Testing will be open for normal hours 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 23 – Friday, November 25
Testing will be closed.
Saturday, November 26 – Sunday, November 27
Testing will resume hours from 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.

CAPS
The Office of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will have normal hours of operation on Monday, November 21, and Tuesday, November 22. Please note that CAPS is not licensed for virtual appointments with any student who is not currently in New York State.
CAPS will be closed Wednesday, November 23, through Sunday, November 27, however individuals are always able to utilize the CAPS After-Hours On-Call Service 24-hours per day, 365 days per year. To reach this service, please dial (607) 274-3136 and follow the prompts. This service is available to all individuals regardless if their current location is within or outside of New York State.

The Ithaca College Campus Center will have some reduced hours of operation during November Break.
Friday, November 18
The Campus Center will be open from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 19 – Tuesday, November 22
The Campus Center will be open from 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 23 – Sunday, November 27
The Campus Center will remain closed.
Normal Campus Center hours will resume on Monday, November 28.

Office of Residential Life
There will be a limited number of Residential Life staff present on campus to address lock-outs and other support requests. Refer to the duty schedule on the entrance doors of each building for information about the Resident Assistant (RA) or Apartment Assistant (AA) covering your area of campus. All students residing on campus are required to complete the Thanksgiving Break Occupancy Form prior to November Break. The Office of Residential Life will be officially closed from Wednesday, November 23, through Sunday, November 27.

Several departments in the Division of Student Affairs and Campus Life will have augmented hours or will be operating remotely on Monday, November 21, and Tuesday, November 22.
New Student and Transition Programs
The Office of New Student and Transition programs will be open from 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 21, and will be open for normal hours 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 22.
First Generation and MLK Scholars Programs
The MLK Scholars/First Generation Office will be operating remotely on both Monday, November 21, and Tuesday, November 22. Additionally, on Tuesday, November 22, the office will be going offline at 2:00 p.m.
Students looking to utilize the MLK Scholars/First Gen study space can access it through the Center for IDEAS entrance to the office suite.
