Annual NYS Preventing Harassment and Discrimination Training

By Katie Sack, November 18, 2022

All employees have the right to a workplace free from sexual harassment, and Ithaca College is committed to maintaining a workplace free from sexual harassment. Per New York State Law, Ithaca College has a sexual harassment prevention policy in place that protects you. Also, per New York State Law, all employees of the College are required to complete a mandated training to combat harassment and discrimination in the workplace.

The training focuses on Preventing Harassment and Discrimination in the workplace and can be accessed through our partner portal, Vector Solutions, via https://ithaca-ny.vectorlmsedu.com/training/assignments. The training is self-paced and will take most employees about 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. You do not have to complete the training in one session. You may exit the training, return to it later and pick back up where you left off. This training must be completed by January 31, 2023.

Completion of this course is required for all employees per New York State Law on an annual basis. Ithaca College completes this annual training within every fiscal year. Thank you for your participation, and for helping us to build the best community that we can. If you have any questions about the training, please contact your HR Business Partner.
