In late November, Oracle, the developer of the IC HR Cloud system, applied an update that affected the display for timecard approval notifications received by managers of employees and student employees. As a consequence of this update, hours worked by employees are no longer visible on the timecard approval notification sent via email. Oracle is aware of the issue and will provide a resolution in early December.
Until this issue is resolved, please view/approve timecards within the IC HR Cloud application by going to My Team > Show More > Team Timecards. Within the Team Timecards app, all managers can review and approve timecard details for their direct reports, create timecards on behalf of their direct reports, and view timecards from previous pay periods.
