Kayla Joyce (Psychology Class of 2023) published her research on generational differences in work-family values on the Work and Family Researchers Network. Kayla located the most recent scholarship and policy information, identifying 7 major questions and 23 reliable facts to answer those questions. Kayla's findings have been disseminated to more than 500 international scholars. Kayla's publication is also publicly available on the WFRN website at https://wfrn.org/wp-content/uploads/2022/12/Generational-Differences-in-Work-Family-Values-Joyce-12-8-22ss.pdf. Kayla is a senior psychology major at Ithaca College and is currently working on an independent research project exploring emerging adult offspring of LGBTQIA+ parents. Kayla's future plans involve attending a doctoral program and pursuing a career in adult development research after her graduation in May 2023.
