Maintenance Direct system unavailable from Thursday January 5th, 2023, through Friday January 20th, 2023.

Beginning Thursday, January 5th, 2023, the Office of Facilities will be working with our software supplier, Brightly, to upgrade the Maintenance Direct work order system to a newer platform, making the system unavailable for individuals to submit new requests or follow up on existing requests.   The system will remain unavailable through Friday, January 20th, 2023. During this time period, please contact our Customer Care Center at 607-274-3225 to place a service request or email pplant@ithaca.edu.  The Customer Care Center is staffed from 8:30am-5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.  Outside of this time period, in the event of an emergency, individuals are asked to contact the Office of Public Safety at 607-274-3333 to report the facility emergency.   

We apologize for the inconvenience this downtime may cause but are excited to be upgrading to a better supported system that will allow us to provide an improved experience for our patrons.  Any questions or concerns can be directed to  pplant@ithaca.edu or 607-274-3225.
