What is Emerging Leaders Weekend?
The Emerging Leaders Weekend Retreat is a program designed by the Office of Student Engagement and the Office of New Student and Transition Programs for all first-year and transfer students at IC. Together, our offices encourage emerging leaders to discuss their personal thoughts on leadership, connect with like-minded students, and further their involvement at the college. In addition, Emerging Leaders Weekend gives students a chance to enhance their collegiate experiences by building on their strengths and becoming a positive change agent on campus and beyond.
The power of encouraging students to engage in meaningful experiences goes a long way and contributes to a successful journey. Nominate first-year and transfer students to join Emerging Leaders Weekend 2023 on February 24th & 25th! Please nominate first-year and transfer students who have great potential and those who have already had a chance to show their leadership skills on campus.
