On Thursday, February 16th from 12:15 – 1:05pm, The MLK Campus-Wide Celebration committee is hosting a follow-up discussion to Don’t Look Away (Requiem for a World That Never Was) (https://www.justdontlookaway.com/). Don’t Look Away is a thought-provoking piece about racism in America that was recently premiered at Ithaca College during the MLK Celebration Concert. The workshop is themed Where Do We Go From Here?, and focuses on levels of allyship and what gets in our way as well as what taking action to undo racism or other isms. The workshop will be interactive and conversational and is intended to be part of ongoing work for justice, equity, diversity and inclusion, organizational awareness and anti-racism at Ithaca College.
