Annual Performance Reviews are Just Around the Corner!

It is almost time for the Annual Performance Review process to begin. The Annual Performance Review process provides an opportunity for staff and supervisors to reflect on the accomplishments of this past year and to set clear performance goals and expectations for the upcoming year and beyond.

The 2022-2023 timeline will run from Monday, March 20, 2023, through May 5, 2023. Employees and supervisors can access the online process through IC HR Cloud.

Timeframe Guidelines:

  • March 20, 2023 – March 31, 2023 - Self-Assessment Completion
  • April 1, 2023 – April 21, 2023 - Supervisor Review Completion
  • April 22, 2023 – May 5, 2023 - Review Meetings & Final Feedback
