If you rely on Duo’s phone-call authentication method, you will need to begin using the Duo Mobile app or a Duo hardware token. If you need an accommodation or do not have a smart phone, please open an IT Service Desk ticket using this link: Service - DUO Support Request (teamdynamix.com) or contact the Service Desk via the methods below. We will work with you to ensure that you have an alternative solution.
Phone-call authentication will continue to be retired in groups as follows:
- Thursday, February 16th (originally planned for January 31st)
- For everyone who has used some other Duo method in the past 30 days, whether also using phone-call authentication or not.
- February 21st
- For all accounts that have not authenticated with Duo at all in the past 30 days.
- February 28th
- For everyone else, including those who have been relying solely on phone-call authentication.
- To avoid disruption, please begin using the Duo Mobile app or a Duo hardware token or reach out to the Service Desk for an accommodation well ahead of this date.
