The Department of Physical Therapy kicked off their year-long 75th anniversary celebration in San Diego at the Combined Sections Meeting national conference. There were over 100 alumni who attended the department's reception. PT faculty and students from the department attended with the following presenting at the conference:
- Sarah Fishel presented, "Actualizing Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity for the Health Professions: An Implementation Framework" (2-hour session)
- Hilary Greenberger presented, "Where Does the EBP Rubber Meet the Clinical Road? Driving Best Practice" (2-hour session)
- Kayleigh Plumeau and Megan Hotchkiss presented, "See One be One: A Mentoring Model in Clinical Education to Support Students of Color" (platform presentation)
- Laura Gras presented, "The 5M's of Geriatrics: The Missing Link in Movement System Framework" (poster presentation)
