The Finger Lakes Environmental Film Festival (FLEFF), now in its 26th year, unfolds over three weeks on campus and downtown at Cinemapolis between March 20 and April 9. It features films, new media, concerts, book launches, silent film/live music, talks, roundtables, forums, and more. Guests include filmmakers, musicians, writers, journalists, scholars from many disciplines, artists, scientists, and environmental activists.

FLEFF 2023 exploring the theme of POLYPHONIES features an exciting mix of over 65 in person, online, and hybrid events
FLEFF is the second longest running environmental film festival in the United States. Interdisciplinary and international in focus, the festival partners not only with Ithaca's local art cinema, Cinemapolis, but with twenty partners from around the US and the world, including EngageMedia (Indonesia), ArtMattan Films, Scribe Video, UniFrance, Cinema Tropical, iDocs (UK), and many archives. On campus collaborations include faculty and departments from all five schools on the Ithaca College campus.
