The Instructional Development Fund is intended to encourage faculty members to respond to specific academic needs by refining or updating teaching skills, cultivating expertise, developing innovative instructional materials and resources, and/or enhancing the diversity, equity, and inclusion of pedagogy and curriculum. IDF grants are available to all continuing full-time faculty.

The IDF Committee has some remaining funds available to impart towards projects occurring in the current fiscal year. Additionally, they will consider projects in which the expenses will transpire July-December 2023. Guidelines and a link to the online application may be found on the Faculty Hub website. Please submit on or before April 15, 2023. Proposers are encouraged to discuss rough drafts with an IDF Committee member. A complete list of members can be found on the Hub website.
