The Ithaca College S-STEM Program is hosting a Workshop on the Engineering Design Process this Saturday, April 1st, from 1:00-4:00 pm in CNS 206/208.
The engineering design process is an iterative design approach that utilizes short “sprints” of designing, building, and testing to maximize efficiency and flexibility. The engineering design process is used in all fields of engineering and is similar to the design process used by computer programmers.
During this workshop, you will work in teams of three to apply the engineering design process to two simple engineering design projects. You will have fun and walk away with concrete knowledge and skills relevant to engineering design!
