Café con IDEAS provides a platform for student-artists to develop and project their voice in an open mic style with a 5-15-minute set while sharing personal narratives rooted in identity and anti-oppression.
Collaborating with the Musicians of Color Association (MOCA), we celebrate Women's History Month by recognizing Women of Color in History, as well as their creative impact on the world of music and the arts in the modern day.
Café con IDEAS & MOCA has the goal to highlight woman of color creators of music, production and voice. We welcome musical performances, dramatic readings, and other showings!
