Annual performance reviews provide an opportunity for staff and supervisors to reflect on the accomplishments and challenges of the past year and to identify clear performance goals and expectations for the upcoming year and beyond.
The 2022-2023 performance review process will run from Monday, March 20, 2023, through May 5, 2023. Employees and supervisors can access the online process through IC HR Cloud.
Recommended Timeline:
- March 20, 2023 – March 31, 2023: Employees complete self-assessment; supervisors solicit participant feedback on their direct reports
- April 1, 2023 – April 21, 2023: Supervisor completes performance review
- April 22, 2023 – May 5, 2023: Supervisor schedules review meetings and provide performance feedback
