Starting this summer, Terrace 10 will be converted back to a student residence hall. As a result, there will be two different faculty/staff housing options available next year: Terrace 13 and the Garden Apartments.
Any Ithaca College faculty or staff who are interested in on-campus housing in either Terrace 13 or the studio apartments should reach out as soon as possible to extendedhousing@ithaca.edu for more information. Spaces will be limited to Terrace 13 on the first floor, and two studio units will be available this summer in the Garden Apartments.
On campus housing for faculty and staff is available for various periods of time (12 month agreements are not required).
