Stop by the Campus Store this Friday to stock up on South Hill Forest Products such as Wood-Burned Maple Syrup, and Hickory Syrup in flavors: Autumn Spice, Bourbon, and regular! These syrups are created by students and work as the perfect Mother’s day gift. A portion of the proceeds will be going towards preservation efforts of the IC Natural Lands, we hope to see you there!

South Hill Forest Products has been organized and operated by Ithaca College students dedicated to providing high-quality, all-natural non-timber forest products. Represented by Jason Hamilton, professor of Environmental Studies and Science at Ithaca College, Jason teaches the class Farming the Forest which teaches students how to utilize the resources around them in a practical, economical way. From maple syrup to beeswax candles, to wooden carvings, South Hill Forest Products works hard to bring you gifts of the forest. Make sure to check them out Friday, April 21st from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the Ithaca College Campus Store.
