Event: Guided Meditation 
Wednesday and Friday noon hour in Muller Chapel 
Sponsor: Mindful IC 
About: Meditation sessions are available at noon EST on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in Muller Chapel.  No experience is necessary; guidance is always offered. After the meditation ends at 12:30, there will be the opportunity for discussion until 12:45 PM. If you have questions please contact Diana Dimitrova, Mary Ann Erickson or Eric Howd.  

Event: Power Yoga  
Wednesday 4pm to 4:45pm in Aerobics Room, Fitness Center

About: Meet Liguori on the mat for a yoga class that will not only improve your strength and flexibility, but will allow you to take a step away from the rest of the world, de-stress, and focus your intentions on being present in the moment and listening to your own body. This class is tailored to each individual body, incorporating therapeutic postural alignment techniques to allow you to move and bring space to your body in the way it most needs it, while challenging your body to move deeply with muscle engagement throughout each pose. Channel your inner strength and balance, and connect your mind and body as you move mindfully through this flow class appropriate for all levels

Event: Vinyasa Yoga 
Wednesday 5pm to 5:45pm in Aerobics Room, Fitness Center

About: Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Event: Restorative Yoga 
Wednesday 6pm to 7pm in Aerobics Room, Fitness Center
Sponsor: Office of Campus Recreation
About: Feeling stressed out, restless, busy? Take the time to refresh and renew your body and mind with this restorative yoga class. You will use props such as blankets and bolsters to fully support your body in a variety of positions including light twists and gentle bends. The deep and complete sustained relaxation into each pose will help to relieve tension as you find a quality of calmness in your body and mind. You will always walk away from this class with a lightness to carry with you for the rest of your day.

The library has coloring and origami pages on top of the Citation table as you enter to your right, as well on as the third floor Library Lounge. Bring your own pencils or check them out from the Circulation Desk.  You can check out board games and DVDs as well!
