By Elyse Nepa, May 3, 2023

The Office of Public Safety and Emergency Management collaborates with departments across campus to facilitate shelter-in-place drills to test emergency procedures and response.

Today, Wednesday, May 3rd, Public Safety will be facilitating a drill at the Hammond Health Center, including Student Health Services, the Center for Counseling and Psychological Services, and the Center for Health Promotion. The drill will begin at 12:00 pm and will last approximately one hour, during which time the Hammond Health Center building will be closed.

Additionally, we encourage all students, staff, and faculty to download the Rave Guardian app to receive pertinent information about emergency situations and have access to a number of on and off-campus resources in the palm of your hand.

Individuals with disabilities requiring accommodations should contact Elyse Nepa at enepa@ithaca.edu or 607-274-3759. We ask that requests for accommodations be made as soon as possible.
