Staff Council sponsors an American Red Cross Blood Drive July 18, 2023

Help Staff Council Blood Drive Committee meet our goal of collecting 33 units of blood.

Your donation could help save up to 3 lives!

What: American Red Cross Blood Drive
When: Tuesday, July 18th, from 10:00am-3:00pm
Where: Emerson Suites, Campus Center
How:

Check donation Eligibility or check out an alphabetical listing
- Eligibility policies are determined by the FDA; the Red Cross has been actively working to expand eligibility across all groups of people.
Sign up for a blood donation appointment
- Sometimes wait times on drive days can be long, please be prepared for the whole process to take an hour or a little longer
On the day of your donation:
- Fill out the RAPID PASS before coming for your appointment
  - The Rapid pass will help check-in go more smoothly
  - Might help you determine whether you are eligible to donate or not.
- Eat a big balanced breakfast
- Drink lots of water
- Bring your ID
- Plan to spend a few minutes at the “canteen” after your donation to have a snack and replenish on fluids
