"Reggae Explosions," WICB's weekly reggae music show, is set to broadcast live from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM on Thursday, July 20th at the Trumansburg Fairgrounds in Trumansburg, New York, the site of the 31st annual Finger Lakes Grassroots Festival of Music & Dance. The summer music festival features 80+ bands across four stages and is being held Thursday, July 20th - Sunday, July 23rd. The live radio broadcast will help listeners and attendees count down to the event's gates opening at 12:00 PM. WICB hopes to see you there!

A long-time staple of WICB's weekly specialty music programming, "Reggae Explosions" is hosted by DJ Mike Judah and includes a collection of new and old roots reggae music. The show airs each Thursday morning from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. In both 2021 and 2018, readers of the Ithaca Times voted Reggae Explosions the Best Local Radio Show in the annual Best of Ithaca competition.

DJ Mike Judah has been hosting the show weekly for nearly two-decades and receives messages from listeners all across the world including South Africa, Ethiopia, Ghana, Costa Rica, Mexico, plus up and down the U.S. west coast from Seattle, Washington to San Diego, California.
