The plan is for this to occur on the Campus Center Quad, with a rain location in the Emerson Suites, Emerson Lounge, North Foyer and Campus Center Lobby.

The name(s) of your office(s) - so we can include information that you are participating in our communications with students and their families
Job titles for positions you are recruiting for at the job fair
The name and best contact information for you and/or whomever will be coordinating your office(s) participation
We anticipate that each office will be provided with a 6’ folding table and 2 folding chairs for this event. There may be some, limited ability to provide other services
Our workgroup will coordinate advertising with New Student and Transition Programs leading up to August Orientation. We will also advertise the job fair at a student and parent resource fair on Friday, August 18th in the Glazer Arena.
Human Resources is planning to attend the job fair to help answer any employment questions. HR will also be prepared to process I-9 paperwork if any of these students have received an offer of employment in the system.
Any materials you choose to bring and display or hand out at your table(s) will be up to you.
