You are invited to the closing poster session of the Ithaca College REU in Dynamical Systems taking place on the second floor of Williams Hall on Friday, July 28. Drop in anytime from 10-11am. Students will be presenting the results of their summer research on these projects, Dispersal Timing and Kin Competition: A Game-Theoretical Approach; Periodicity of orbits on k-gon billiard tables on surfaces of revolution; Geometry of pruned 3-D fractal trees. Refreshments will be served. Come learn about exciting new results at the interface of math, physics, and ecology.
