As a reminder, you may have received a notice in your email from TIAA informing you about the auto-increase contribution feature that the College instituted last year. The auto increase becomes effective on August 1 each year. Employee contributions to the 403(b) plan will automatically increase by 1% up to the maximum of 15% for automatic increases. Please see below for an example of the notice.
You can change your elections or stop your contributions at any time by logging on to the TIAA Website at: www.tiaa.com/ithaca. Once you log in, navigate to Retirement, choose Change Your Contributions, then Manage Contributions. For more step-by-step information, click here.
