The Office of Donor Relations is responsible for annual reporting to donors of endowed scholarships and funds. These reports provide pertinent financial data regarding the endowed fund, such as market value and expense allocation details. When applicable, the reports include names of a fund’s beneficiaries, including scholarship and fellowship recipients, as well as chairs, professors, and award winners.
In providing these reports each year, the goal is to demonstrate transparency and accountability. Communicating with donors about the people and programs benefitting from the support of endowed funds is important to the careful stewardship of these meaningful and important gifts and an expectation our donors have come to uphold. The timely and accurate reporting of fund activities is essential to maintaining good rapport with donors of endowment funds, but we need your help!
In order to fulfill this obligation and promise to our donors, we need the help of all campus departments that distribute endowed scholarships or funds. Please provide detailed information on usage for 2022-2023 endowed scholarships and funds, including any that went unused, by submitting your information at https://form.jotform.com/232294034177152
Please submit your information on or before Friday, September 1.
