A new way to submit your content for consideration to be featured on digital signs

Submitting your content to the Digital Signage Team can help get the word out!

How to submit a request for posting content:

To have your content considered for posting on our digital signs, please complete this form and attach the file (preferably as a .jpg or .png). The form will ask you to provide a brief description of the content's purpose and the desired posting dates.

Please note that submitting your content through this form does not guarantee its inclusion on digital signage. Our dedicated Sign Administrators, located in departments across campus, will review all submissions and select the most relevant content for display in their areas.
