Finding your current information in HomerConnect:

View of My Personal Information Tab in HomerConnect

Go to apps.ithaca.edu and select Homer.  When you're in Homer, select "My Personal Information" on your profile page.

Need to update Chosen Name:

Chosen name change form.
  • Select "IC Workflow"
  • Select the "Chosen or Preferred First Name Change" form.
  • Complete the form
  • Please note: this is not the form you would use for a Legal name change.  The name of the form you would use to update your Legal name is "Legal Name Change", also in IC Workflow.

Need to update other information?

Change information form.
  • Start at apps.ithaca.edu
  • Select "IC Workflow"
  • Select the "Update HomerConnect Profile Information" form.
  • Hint: Enter "Update" in the search feature in IC Workflow and select the "Update HomerConnect Profile Information" form.
  • Select any and all areas you need to update.  The form will provide you the opportunity to make all updates at once without having to submit multiple forms.
