Violinist Risa Hokamura to perform for the Angela and William Haines Young Concert Artists Residency

The Angela and William Haines Young Concert Artists Residency brings violinist Risa Hokamura and pianist Albert Cano Smit to campus next week.

Hokamura will give a violin master class on Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. The next day, Wednesday, October 25 at 7:00 p.m., Hokamura and Smit will perform a recital of pieces for violin and piano by Bach, Paganini, Beethoven, Ravel, Saint-Saëns, and Ma Sicong. Concert and master class are both in the Hockett Family Recital Hall, and are free and open to the public.
