LAST DAY TO COMPLETE OPEN ENROLLMENT!!!
Open Enrollment, October 30th – November 10th
Enrollments must be completed by 5:00 PM EST on November 10, 2023.
To help you complete the open enrollment process, here are some things that you should know:

Please be sure you are able to log into the IC HR Cloud using your IC username and password. If you need assistance, please contact the IT Service Desk at servicedesk@ithaca.edu or call (607) 274.1000.

Anyone who does not re-enroll by the deadline will automatically be defaulted to their current 2023 benefit elections with the exception of any employee contributions to a Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Account. The employee contributions will default to $0 for 2024 if you do not re-enroll and elect to add contributions.

If you need to add a dependent or beneficiary, you must do so before you complete the benefits election and open enrollment process. Simply click on the Add a Dependent or Beneficiary Request Form link on the first page after logging in to the IC HR Cloud and follow the instructions provided.
