NEW Purchase of Gift Cards and Cash Equivalent procedures

FOR ALL STAFF AND FACULTY:
This notice is to update the campus community of the College’s new Gift Card/Cash Equivalents policy. This policy has been put in place so that the College can properly track and account for gift cards and cash equivalents funded by the College for distribution to an individual. The policy is an important step in the College maintaining compliance with all of the appropriate IRS guidelines.
