The School of Music, Theatre, and Dance announces a new course, Conditioning and Technique, which focuses on athletic cross-training and pure dance technique, separated from specific genres of dance. The class will emphasize the practice of skills rather than learning choreography, with the objectives of increasing strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. Blending modern, jazz, folk, ballet, and weight training, this course aims to cultivate overall growth in one's physical abilities. Individualized programs for each student will be developed and supported. Please reach out to Professor Daniel Gwirtzman with any questions. The course is open to all levels.
