Effective January 17, 2024, when you access your online PayFlex account, members will automatically be routed from the PayFlex site to inspirafinancial.com. There’s nothing to do on your end. You will get the same service you’ve come to expect.

How do I login?
- Visit inspirafinancial.com.
- Click on "Log in" located in the right corner.
- Then, click on "Log in" under "Manage your HSA, FSA, or other benefits."
- Use your existing login credentials (username and password) as they have not changed.
Will I get a new card with the new name on it to replace my current PayFlex debit card?
- Inspira will not re-issue any current debit cards. Your current debit card with the PayFlex logo will continue to work through the expiration date identified on your card. Once your card expires, you will receive a newly branded card with the Inspira logo.
Will contact information change?
- All existing contact information remains the same for the time being. You can continue to contact them at the same phone numbers you always have, but their website and email addresses will change to reflect their new name, Inspira. They will continue to communicate any changes as they transition to Inspira.
