Start The New Term With A Healthy Program

The School of Music, Theatre, and Dance announces a new course, Conditioning and Technique, which focuses on athletic cross-training and pure dance technique, separated from specific genres of dance. The class emphasizes the practice of skills rather than learning choreography, with the objectives of increasing strength, endurance, agility, coordination, and flexibility. This rigorous class will present a range of movements in coordination with weight training, aiming to cultivate overall growth in one's physical abilities. Individualized programs for each student will be developed and supported. The course is open to all levels.
