Description: Using indoor stationary bikes, your instructor will guide you through a comprehensive cycling work out. Each bike is equipped with a resistance knob that you control, so that you can follow the class' resistance pattern, which simulates hills within your own comfort level. Bikes are limited, so be sure to sign up early.

You will use props such as blankets and bolsters to fully support your body in a variety of positions including light twists and gentle bends. The deep and complete sustained relaxation into each pose will help to relieve tension as you find a quality of calmness in your body and mind.
