Event Title: Destress with CSS 
Time: 12pm - 1pm 
Location: Center for Student Success 
Description: Want to ease your midterm stress? Swing by the Center for Student Success (Muller Faculty Center 106) during the noon hour! Our welcoming CSS staff are here to support you with stress management drop-in sessions. Need a quiet spot to focus? Book our student office space for studying or recharge with a sensory break! Don't miss our Study Tip Survival Guide to ace your exams. Let's tackle the rest of the semester together!

Event Title:  Stop & Breathe: JED Tabling 
Time:  12 pm to 2 pm  
Location:   Campus Center Main Library 
Description:   This Stop & Breathe, fly by and visit JED Campus Committee Team members to learn more about the work that is being done by the JED Team and to earn an exclusive Stop & Breathe Week goose sticker! We will also have information available about other upcoming Stop & Breathe events and ways to get involved with the JED Campus Committee!

Event Title:  Cycling 
Time: 3:15pm - 4pm  
Location: Campus Fitness Center Aerobics Room 
Description:  Using indoor stationary bikes, your instructor will guide you through a comprehensive cycling work out. Each bike is equipped with a resistance knob that you control, so that you can follow the class' resistance pattern, which simulates hills within your own comfort level. Bikes are limited, so be sure to sign up early.

Event Title: TRX Suspension Training 
Time: 4:15pm - 5pm  
Location: Campus Fitness Center  
Description: TRX® training was originally developed as a means to accommodate total body strength training on the move, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. The TRX Suspension Training® classes offered in the Ithaca College Fitness Center are appropriate for exercisers of all ages and abilities.

Event Title: Raise the Barre

Description:  Raise the Barre is a fun and empowering class set to the latest music. This class will focus on dance elements to help develop postural strength and proper alignment while sculpting and toning the lower body and core muscles.

Event Title:  Vinyasa Yoga

Description:   Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Description: Laughing yoga is a popular movement and breathing exercise that aims to cultivate joy, bring out your inner child, and help you let go of daily life stressors. No experience is necessary - just dress comfortably and come ready to laugh! All participants will receive essential oils to boost your mood; you will leave feeling energized and ready to live well!
