What You’ll Do:
- Welcome Guests: Create a warm and inclusive environment for our summer conference guests.
- Be On-Call: Be the support who responds to after-hour needs.
- Key Manager: Prepare and organize keys for check-in and check-out.
- Room Checks: Ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Maintenance Support: Submit requests and keep things shipshape.
- Locked Out? No Problem! Assist students and guests.
- Office Pro: Handle phones, emails, walk-ins and more.
The Timeline:
- Thursday, March 7th – Priority deadline for applications*
*We will continue accepting applications until all positions are filled - Wednesday, May 15th – Position start date, with training beginning at 9AM
- Tuesday, August 20th – Position end date
What’s in It for You?

The Requirements:
- Be an active IC undergrad or grad student through Fall 2024
- Have a minimum 2.5 GPA
