We are pleased to introduce a new reporting tool designed to facilitate the reporting of incidents related to discriminatory behavior. At Ithaca College, we remain steadfast in our commitment to maintaining a campus environment that upholds dignity, respect, and the flourishing of ideas. Discriminatory conduct undermines these fundamental ideals and runs counter to our overarching mission as an educational institution.
Individuals who encounter discriminatory behavior based on age, disability, marital status, national origin, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or military status are encouraged to report it promptly to the Office of Human Resources. You can utilize the Discrimination Complaint Form or contact the Office of Human Resources directly at 607-274-8000.
Protection Against Retaliation
We recognize that reporting can be challenging for those affected. Please know that the college strictly prohibits retaliation against members of our community for filing a complaint. If you believe you have experienced retaliatory conduct or perceive the potential for retaliation as a barrier to reporting, we encourage you to communicate this directly to the Office of Human Resources using the provided form.
For detailed information about Ithaca College’s resolution process, please review Policy 2.7: Guidelines for Resolving Discrimination Complaints.
Thank you for your commitment to maintaining a respectful and inclusive community.
